Elite Resort Group, Inc. Refund Policy for HOA Maintenance Fees

All Owners are responsible for paying all Maintenance Fees for the year(s) in which they have the right to use and occupy their timeshare. For example, Owners of Annual usage timeshares must pay Assessments/Maintenance Fees Annually, while Owners of Bi-Ennial and Tri-Ennial timeshares must pay Maintenance Fees every other year and every third year, respectively. Maintenance Fees are due in full in the years in which they are billed. No refunds will be given on Maintenance Fees.
