If your account is delinquent, your personal information will be shared with a third party collections agency, solely for the purpose of collecting payments on your account.

Payment Information is the information that you provide when you choose to pay your Maintenance Fee online. This may include your credit card number, PayPal information, your name and billing address, and the security code associated with your credit card. Payment Information is used to complete your transaction, as well as for the detection and prevention of fraud. In support of these uses, Elite Resort Group may share your Payment Information with banks and other entities that process payment transactions or other financial services, and for fraud prevention.
